红细胞体积及分布宽度检测对小儿缺铁性贫血的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)在缺铁性贫血(IDA)诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法用全自动血细胞计数分析仪检测IDA组32例、隐性缺铁组16例、地中海贫血组24例和正常对照组30例的Hb、MCV和RDW,并观察补铁治疗后的变化。结果经补铁治疗后,IDA组和隐性缺铁组MCV和RDW改善早于Hb。地中海贫血、隐性缺铁、IDA组MCV值与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),隐性缺铁、IDA组的RDW值均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论MCV和RDW可作为IDA鉴别诊断及疗效观察的参考指标,RDW对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的鉴别有参考价值。
