从长春亚冬会成功议冰雪运动资料的收集整理与应用

Discussing How to Collect and Apply the Ice-Snow Sports Information by the Asian Winter Games’ Success

运用文献资料法、文献综述法、专家访谈法和历史研究法等方法,围绕着长春亚冬会的需要进行冰雪运动资料的收集、整理和科学分类及精化加工,并将收集、整理的冰雪运动资料通过传媒进行发布与应用,对亚冬会的申办成功、宣传报道、工作人员和志愿者培训、赛会筹备、市场开发、赛事组织、赛会的成功举行发挥了积极作用,为今后冰雪运动资料续编与科研奠定了坚实的基础。根据收集整理的资料以及工作中的体会所提出的建设性意见,为进一步推动冰雪及整个体育运动的发展,与2008年北京奥运会及系列大型赛会的筹备提供参考和借鉴。

With the methods of documentary investigation, expert conversation and history study, the ice - snow sports information was collected and processed in scientific sort for the Asian winter games. These information was issued and applied by the media and played a positive role in successfully declaring and reporting the games, training staff and volunteer, preparing the games, developing the market, organizing the competitive events and successfully holding the games. It makes a solid foundation for continual edit and research of ice - snow sports information in the future. According to the information as well as the sports development proposals, it is provided for reference for further promoting the ice - snow sports and the entire sports development and preparing the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and a series of large- scale sports events.
