速度滑冰运动员心功能测评指标“心缩间期”比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨简易无创方法监控速滑运动员身体机能,研究速滑运动员心功能监测指标的可靠性、实用性。本文采用心功能监测指标STI(心缩间期),测定运动员心功能水平,为训练选材提供数据。研究方法:随机试验性研究。研究结果:总电机械收缩时间(QS2)男384.87±18,女414.14±14,男女之间有显著性差异P<0.01。射血时间(LVET)男286.00±9.95,女318.00±11.00,男女之间有一定差异P<0.01。结论:速滑运动员STI各项参数,男女有一定差异,P<0.01,这一研究结果提示,应用测定STI监测运动员身体机能,评定有氧耐力训练有参考价值。 Researching some reliable and useful indexes for the speed skaters'cardiac function is in order to find out a simple and safe method to monitor their physical enginery. The STI index (systolic interval) from the Mingografin -82 multi -lead physiological recorder may mensurate the skaters'cardiac function level. The research show that the male skaters'total electro- mechanical contraction time (QS2 ) is 384.87 ± 9.95 and the female's is 414.14 ± 14, the difference is significant between the male and the female (p 〈0.01 ). The ejection time (LVET) is male 286.00 ±9.95 and female 318.00 ±11.00, the difference is also significant (p 〈 0.01 ). The paper makes a conclusion that the difference of STI index parameters is significant between the male and the female (p 〈 0.01 ). The results suggests to apply the STI index for monitoring the speed skaters physical enginery, it may be a reference for assessing the aerobic training.
