和谐社会研究现状及趋势

On the Research Situation and Tendency of Harmonious Society

中国共产党十六届四中全会提出构建社会主义和谐社会的重大命题以后,围绕社会主义和谐社会构建的必然性、内涵、理论渊源以及如何构建和谐社会等问题,学术理论界进行了认真的研究,取得了极有价值的理论成果,并形成了专题研究特色。但研究过程还存在理论抽象研究强于实证研究、经济决定论色彩偏重等需要解决的问题。未来的和谐社会研究,应当在研究思路和研究方法上进行创新,把宏观领域的研究与微观尺度的研究结合起来,加强实证研究,突出定量研究,并根据和谐社会建设实践的进程适时地拓宽研究主题。

After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the significant topic of constructing the harmonious society of socialism, the academic and theoretical world, centering around some important issues such as the necessity, connotation, theoretical sources and how to construct harmonious society, have devoted into diligent study and got valuable theoretical achievements, thus formed unique features of topic research. But during the research course, the experts still prefer the theoretical and abstract study to the practical study, and lay particular stress on economic determinism. The future study on harmonious society shall integrate the macro- field research with the micro- realm study, by innovating in research ways and means, to enforce the practical research, high- light the quantitative analysis and timely expand the topics in accordance with the process of the construction.
