摘要
NBA是目前世界上最为成功的职业体育组织,堪称国际职业体育市场开发成功的典范。分析了我国中、小民营企业经济发展过程中人力资源管理方面(录用员工、培训和发展、绩效评估及报酬)存在的问题,并结合NBA人力资源管理方面的成功经验提出了发展对策。
NBA is the most successful professional sports organization and the example of successful exploitation of international sports market. The paper analyses the problems in the personnel management of middle and small privately owned enterprises in China. It also proposes development countermeasures according to the successful experience of NBA.
