不同的体育运动、项目、类型、频率对大学女生身体自我描述有不同程度的影响,每周进行3-4次、运动时间达到3-6h以上的健美操运动、球类运动、有氧运动和适宜的对抗练习,且持续3个月以上的锻炼,能够对大学女生的身体自我产生显著影响。

Different sports types, items and frequency impose different influences on the body ego of the girl university students. The calisthenics, ball game, aerobic exercise and counteracting exercise lasting for at least 3 months with 3 to 6 hours each time and frequency of 3 to 4 times a week can greatly help to enhance the body ego of the girl university students.
