摘要
通过大量文献资料查阅的综述研究发现,不同低氧运动下机体免疫功能有明显变化,而不同低氧运动模式对免疫系统也有着不同的影响。因此,在低氧训练过程中应该充分考虑训练基地海拔、训练强度、训练方式等因素,才能有效地降低免疫抑制,降低疾病发病率,提高运动能力。
Literature study shows that the physical immune function changes with different hypoxia exercises and different models of hypoxia exercises have different impacts on the immune system. On the basis of this finding, attention should be paid to the altitude, intensity and methods of training to decrease the restriction of immune system and increase the sports competence.
