摘要
研究了离子交换层析色谱分离壳聚糖,分离出不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖组分,测定了各组分以及未分离的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度和壳聚糖样品的热焓性质,并对壳聚糖溶液浓度与粘度的关系进行了研究。
Chitosan was separated on CM sepharose CL-6B ion-exchange chromatography. The properties of fractions were investigated. Thermal proterties of chitosan fractions were checked by DSC.
