摘要
以葡萄籽出油率为指标,石油醚(60℃~90℃)为脱脂溶剂,通过几种不同溶剂提取方法对葡萄籽制油比较,确定了最佳的提取方法及条件:采用索氏提取,提取温度85℃、回流时间4h、固液比1∶7(g/mL)的条件下出油率高,油质清亮,出油率为25.56%。
Soxhlet extraction method is used to extracted grape seeds with petroleum ether (60℃~90℃). Using oil yield as the criterion, the fittest condition for the technology is found as follows: the temperature of extraction is 85℃, the time of circumfluence is 4.0 h and the solid/solvent ratio is 1:7. And the grape seeds-oil extraction rate is 25.56 %.
