龙虱的营养成分分析 被引量:6

摘要 对龙虱常规成分及龙虱蛋白质的营养价值进行了研究。龙虱体蛋白质含量占干重的57.13%,七种必需氨基酸总量为422.4mg/g蛋白质,必需氨基酸总含量达180.07mg/g体重干重,并对龙虱蛋白质的氨基酸进行氨基酸评分(AAS)、化学评分(CS)、必需氨基酸比率(A/E)、氨基酸比值系数(RC)分析,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为0.9799。结果表明龙虱体内氨基酸种类齐全,含量较高,富含蛋白质,并为优质蛋白源。 This article has conducted the research on the Predaci diving beetle's convention ingredient and nutritional value of protein. The result indicated Predaci diving beetle contains the protein, The content occupies the dry weight 57.13 %. And analysis its amino acid, the essential amino acids. The total quantity of of essential amino acids carries 422.4 mg/g protein on seven kinds of essential amino acids, the essential amino acids total content reaches the 180.07 mg/g body dry weight. Analyzes the amino acid of to Predaci diving beetle protein by amino acid grades (AAS), chemistry grades (CS), the ratio of amino acids to essential amino acids (A/E), the ratio coefficient of amino acid (RC) and the essential amino acids index (EAAI). The essential amino acids index (EAAI)is 0.979 9.It finally indicates that Predaci diving beetle is one of high quality protein source.
