摘要
急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克(cardiogenic shock.cs)是一种危及生命的急性病症,死亡率高达40%~60%。随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的积极开展和主动脉内气囊反搏(intra-aortic balloons counterpulsation,IABP)的应用,已使相当一部分患者从中受益。
