新闻学与传播学关系初探

The Initial Exploration of the Relationship Between Journalism and Communication

本文尝试把新闻学与传播学结合起来考察。两学科定义有别、根源有异。新闻学属人文学科,但也应汲取传播学的学术精髓;传播学属社会科学,也须具备新闻学的人文关怀。在构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,两者的关系须是"相互促进",共谋"和谐发展"。

The most distinctive feature of this paper is the investigation of the combination of both journalism and communication. The two subjects have different definitions and are of different origins. One of the essential differences lies in the direction of their cultivation of students. Journalism belongs to humanities and it should draw the academic essence from communication. On the other hand, communication belongs to social science, so it needs humane care. With the background of construction of socialism and harmonious society, the relationship between the two subjects should be enhancing each other and developing harmoniously.
