通过调查发现非正规金融是海峡西岸经济区家族企业融资的重要来源,在家族企业发展过程中起着重要的作用,如何规范非正规金融促进其健康发展是人们关注的焦点。在论述了非正规金融对家族企业发展的重要作用及存在的问题后,提出了规范和引导非正规金融为家族企业服务的一些适配政策措施。

The informal finance is important capital resource of family enterprise and plays an important role in its development. We find the truth by investigating in the Region of the West of Taiwan Strait. Then people focus on how to regulate the informal finance. The article introduces the relative concept firstly and then expounds the informal finance function to the family enterprise＇ s development. Finally, the text puts forward some suitable polices and measures to regulate and guide informal finance servicing family enterprise .
