摘要
当前,在高职院校课堂管理中普遍存在一些不良现象。因此教师应不断反思自己的管理理念,规范自己的角色行为,提高自己的管理能力。同时,教师要把教育的价值与信念融入到课堂中,并在学生需要的基础上确定课堂的任务,创建课堂的目标和塑造课堂的文化。
At present, there are some unhealthy phenomenon existing in the classroom management in higher vocational schools. Teachers should reconsider unceasingly about their own management idea, standardize their own role behavior, and enhance their own management capacity. At the same time, teachers must integrate the educational value and beliefs to the classroom, determine the classroom task, establish the classroom goal and mold the classroom culture according to the students' needs.
