社区矫正作为一种新的行刑理念与方式,已被世界各国广泛使用。为适应世界行刑制度文明化、人道化、轻缓化的发展趋势,在我国构建和谐社会的大背景下,从法理层面和实践层面,建立和完善社区矫正制度,推动社区矫正工作的深入发展,促进社会和谐,是我国行刑制度改革的必然趋势。

Community Correction as a new punishment has been widely practiced.In order to meet the requirement of civilization.humanity and alleviating offence in the way of carrying punishment system in the world.Under the big background of building harmonious society,it will be our reform direction that from theory and practice,we build and improve community correction system and push it forward to build harmonious society.
