炉甘石洗剂制备工艺的改进

The technology improvement of making Galamina lotions

目的:改进炉甘石洗剂的制备工艺,使其制备过程简单化,并易于在药厂制剂车间操作。方法:采用润湿浸泡法制备炉甘石洗剂,通过沉降容积比、翻转次数、含量及临床应用的比较,判定改进后的方法是否可行。结果:改进工艺后制得的炉甘石洗剂,在沉降容积比、翻转次数、含量等方面无明显变化,与原法制得的炉甘石洗剂无显著性差异。结论:改进后炉甘石洗剂的制备方法可行。

Objective： To improve the technology for preparing Galamina lotions so as to make the preparation process easy. Methods： The Galamina lotions were made by wetting and infusing. We used sedimentation rate, overturn times, and lotions content to determine whether the technology was improved, Results：The lotions made by the the improved technology was hardly different from the previous in sedimentation rate,overturn times ,and lotions content. Conclusion：The improved technology is feasible.
