摘要
研究了低色素出芽短梗霉菌株G-58发酵液的后处理工艺。发酵液热处理后,用活性炭脱色,活性炭适宜添加量是0.6%,多糖得率94.5%,脱色率为34.8%;乙醇为沉淀剂,用量为发酵液体积3倍;多糖沉淀再用体积分数75%乙醇洗涤3次脱盐,多糖得率90.6%,多糖纯度96.8%;60℃热风干燥;产品白色、易溶,相对分子质量较大;最终多糖得率是85.6%。
In this manuscript, a ex-polysaccharide extraction process was developed. The steps for extraction as follows., after heat process, the broth was de-coloured with 0.6% activated charcoal, and then precipitated using 3 times volume of ethanol, the crude polysaccharide was desalted with diluted ethanol (75%), followed by hot air drying at 60℃ ; the product was white and water soluble easy. Furthermore, the obtained polysaccharide has a high molecule weight. With this process a high polysaccharide recovery rate (85.6%) and high purity(96.8%) were acchieved.
