摘要
为确定船用增压锅炉在不同负荷下涡轮增压机组和锅炉装置热平衡的计算方法,根据涡轮机功率和压气机功率的匹配情况,对涡轮机功率有剩余、无剩余及不足3个工况下的功率、各项损失、热平衡方程、支配热量等的计算方法进行了推导分析,给出了具体的计算方法.以某型船用增压锅炉为研究对象,对某些负荷进行了计算,结果证明该计算方法能够很好地满足增压锅炉计算的要求,为继续研究不同负荷下船用增压锅炉热力计算方法奠定了良好的基础.
This paper discusses a method for calculating heat balance for turbo charged marine supercharged boilers. To choose between turbine power and compressor power, a formula was developed for balancing power, various power losses, heat balance, controllable heat and so on in the cases of residual power, no residual power or insufficient power. Using one example of a supercharged boiler, calculations were performed with respect to various working loads. The results prove that these calculation methods can meet the demands of boiler calculation, creating a foundation for calculating heat balance for marine supercharged boilers under different loads.
