摘要
基于能源和环境原因,燃气内燃机开始普及应用。在原柴油机或汽油机的基础上改制而来的居多,大部分是采用燃气与空气缸外预混合方式进气。这种燃气内燃机易发生缸内回火,烧损进气系统中的相关零部件,给燃气内燃机的使用带来诸多麻烦。基于火焰"冷壁淬熄"现象的理论研究成果,试验、开发了金属波纹带管道阻火器,应用于燃气内燃机混合气进气系统,解决了燃气内燃机进气总管回火造成的中冷器等零部件损坏问题,使用燃气内燃机运行安全可靠。
For energy and environment, gas engines is applied widely. Most of the gas engines are modified on the base of diesel engine or gasoline engine, where fuel is pro - mixed outside the cylinder. In this gas engine, mixture gas in cylinder backfires easily and destroys spare parts in the intake system. On the base of tile technology of Flame "Cool - wall and bulk quenching ", the steel bellows flame arrestor is developed and mounted in the intake system, which solves the problems that the intercooler or other spare parts is damages resulted from backfiring and make the gas engine operating reliably.
