中国古代特别强调"以廉为贵"的政德,要求官吏把廉洁作为从政的志向之一。唐太宗反腐倡廉既重德治,也重法治,这对当今社会的廉政建设有很好的借鉴意义。

Regarding honesty as the great honor was greatly emphasized in ancient China, and honesty was regarded as one of the virtues in politicking. With stressing ruhng by morality as well as by lam, Taizong in Tang dynasty claimed to fight against corruption and advocate honesty, which has its great value even for the present social honesty construction.
