摘要
该文分析了中国外贸行业及小型外资贸易公司在中国的现状,建议采用集中化经营战略提升竞争力,根据公司自身情况有计划有步骤地加以实施。文章以案例分析、数据分析为基础,结合相关理论,对越来越多的已经进入或者想进入中国的外资小型贸易公司,提供一些具有参考性、可操作性的经营战略选择。
Foreign trade is a powerful factor for China economic development, especially small-scale foreign trade business. After surviving in China, they should concentrate limited resources to focus on important purchasing products, customers and suppliers to form "core competency". Based on focusing strategy, the small-scale foreign trade companies must lay a course to implement it gradually, quitting less important businesses.
