浅谈经评审最低价中标工程的预算造价控制

How to control the cost budge of the construction engineering judged by the method of reasonable cost price

本文拟通过分析近年来厦门市经评审最低价中标工程中标价降幅比率波动情况,针对预算造价控制中出现的突出问题,就如何坚持实施工程量清单计价规范,加强对招标各方主体和招标代理机构的监督管理与服务保障,保证预算造价的合理控制,进行几点探讨。

In this article, some analysis is made on the variation of the price reduction ratio in the construction engineering judged by the method of reasonable cost price in Xiamen in recent years. Based on the analysis and aiming at the outstanding problems in the cost budget control, some opinions are proposed for discussion on how to consistently implement the regulations of pricing on the list of engineering quantify , on how to strengthen the supervision and service quality of the inviting bids and the inviting bids agency, and on the assurance of the control on the cost budgeting.
