网络环境下的个人信息法律保护问题研究

随着网络在中国的迅速普及，在网络环境申侵害他人个人信息的行为有逐渐增多的趋势。应如何加强法律的调整，如何有效的利用法律手段打击侵害他人网络个人信息的行为，已经成为中国法律界面临的重要课题。本文以中国的立法与实践为研究基础，结合国外的立法经验，封网络环境下的个人信息法律保护问题追行了全面的分析，并封完善中国的立法提出了具体建议。

Along with the network is quickly and widely available in China, the behavior of violating others personal information in network increased gradually. That how to strengthen the legal adjustment, and how to strike effectively to the infringement behavior in the network has already become an important topic in China law area. On the basis of researching China legislation and practice, combing with other countries＇ lawmaking experience, this article makes an entire analysis on personal information protection in the network, and put forward some material advices on perfecting China legislation.
