Reduce death penalty to promote stabilization and harmonious society

现代社会对于适用死刑越来越慎重、越来越严格。本文从构建和谐社会的视角，提出了从制度建设入手，防止和减少严重危害社会犯罪的发生，促进社会和谐，达到慎用死刑、减少死刑直至消灭死刑的目标。

It becomes more and more careful and strict in the process of applying death penalty in modem times. From the visual angle of building harmonious society, we should prevent and decrease the criminal behavior which deeply harm our society to promote social harmony, and to get the aim of applying death penalty carefully, reducing and till destroy death penalty.
