桑冬芽休眠解除中蛋白质和核酸的动态变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 用生化分析法测定了桑冬芽休眠解除过程中DNA,RNA和蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,桑休眠芽中DNA,RNA和蛋白质的含量最低。随着休眠的解除,其含量增加。 Changes of DNA, RNA and protein content during the release of dormancy in winter bud of Morus alba L were determined in biochemical method, and it was found out that DNA, RNA and protein content in dormancy bud were the lowest. However, the content of protein, DNA and RNA increased along with the release of dormancy, and among them the content of protein and RNA went up more strikingly.
