高校图书馆馆长的素质修养浅析

图书馆馆长在图书馆的管理工作中处于"将、帅"的地位,全面提高图书馆馆长的素质,在众多纷繁复杂的工作中应该放在重要的位置。笔者试图以《孙子兵法》中的一些论述对这一问题加以探析,馆长一要以"道"为心,为将重德、静以幽,正以治,有大将风度,有自知之明,求适不求一,知人善任,正确处理各种矛盾,支持和关心职工,不断完善自己。

Chief Librarian in the library management is the key person. It is of great importance to improve the quality of Chief Librarian. The author discusses about how to constantly better the quality of Chief librarian according to the rules mentioned in the book ＂Art of War＂.
