13年生马尾松39个种源对松材线虫抗性变异初步研究

１９８４年在南京近郊营造了马尾松不同种源以及其他松树试验林。１９９５年７月对该试验林（１３年生）３９个马尾松种源以及６种其他松树进行了松材线虫接种。线虫是从当地由于松材线虫病死亡的马尾松树材中提取的。每个种源或树种接种３株，共接１３５株树木。每株接线虫约５０００条。马尾松不同种源和不同松树对松材线虫的抗性及感病进程变异很大。５个强抗性种源（广东高州、英德、信宜，广西忻城和湖北远安）抗性显著高于其他种源，也高于黑松和晚松，但低于高抗性的火炬松、湿地松、短叶松和刚松。
