目前,只有某些光电器件有电路模型,但无光路模型,更无整个光电传感器的完整模型。本文将推导出光电传感器的参数及模型,并举例说明其应用。这些参数(?)模型具有通用性,从而使光电传感器的分析和计算非常方便。

Some of the photoelectric devices have the electrical circuit model at present,but there is no light path model of photoelectric transducers and no complete model including light path and electrical circuit. This paper will derive theparameters and model of photoelectric transducers theoretically and give anexample for their application. Because these parameters and model can beapplied to all photoelectric transducers, it is very convenient for the analysis andcalculation of photoelectric transducers.
