摘要
对空空导弹钛合金舱体插接锁底结构圆周焊缝根部未焊透的产生原因和危害进行了讨论,提出了几套解决和防止根部未焊透缺陷的工艺方案。试验验证这些工艺方案完全能够消除未焊透缺陷。
This paper discusses the reason and harm of incomplete penetration rounded welded root of titanium alloy cabin with lock bottom structure in air-to-air missile, and presents several solutions of this problem. By these solutions, the incomplete penetration welded defection can be eliminated completely.
