摘要
法国番鸭R51与丽佳鸭LB杂交后代7至8周龄体重可达2．907与3．193公斤；料向比为2．62与2．84；屠体品质公鸭胜于母鸭，且又都比母本好，但比父本稍差；腿肉率高于双亲。其最佳上市日龄为49～56日龄。
The feeding results 0f the mule duckscrossed from French muscovy R_(51)♂ and Legard L_B♀ indicated that the body weight of mule ducks at 7and 8 weeks of age is on average 2. 907 and 3. 198 kgwith the feed coversion rate at 2. 62 and 2. 84. Thecarcass Composition of the mule ducks at 49、56 daysof age, is much better than maternal line at 49 daysof age, but less favorable than muscovy male at 84days of age, but the proportion of leg is better thantheir parent. The meat quality of mult ♂ duck isbetter than the mule ♀ duck at 49 and 56 days ofage. In term 0f the highest lean meat productionwith good feed efficiency, the best slaughter time formule duck is between 49 and 56 days of age.
