摘要
本文通过对人工耳蜗植入后另侧耳配戴助听器的个案进行观察研究,并将其与后另侧不配戴助听器的人工耳蜗植入患儿进行对比观察,发现他们在日常生活中遇突发声响的反应速度、听觉质量、辨听的反应速度有显著差别。经过历时一年的观察、评估,笔者认为人工耳蜗植入后另侧耳继续配戴助听器与不配戴助听器的聋儿在言语矫治效果、听觉理解能力、语言学习能力、声调学习能力及发音水平等方面,都有明显的差别。
The case study intended to discuss the comparative results of a cochlear implant recipient fitted with hearing aid and with another patient with only unilateral cochlear implantation. Noticeable differences were noted in the aspects of reaction to sudden sound,hearing quality and the speed to identify sounds. During the period of one year in close follow-up, the author considered that there were remarkable differences between the cochlear implant recipient with contralateral hearing aid fitting and the one without hearing aid in effects of speech therapy, ability of learning language, tone learning and articulation level.
