摘要
本研究主要调查了重庆市、石家庄市6所特殊教育学校教师的心理健康状况,结果表明当前特校教师的心理健康状况不容乐观,很多心理健康的因子分数都明显高于全国教师心理健康的常模。特校教师中有"中、重度"心理健康问题的比例较高,有焦虑与恐惧问题的所占比例较高。本文还分析了特校教师心理健康问题产生的社会因素、职业因素、个人因素,提出了促进特校教师心理健康的对策。
This study explained the results of a survey on the mental health status of teachers in 6 special schools. The results showed that the teachers had poor mental health, evidenced by significantly higher factor scores for them as compared to teachers working in normal schools. Half of the teachers had moderate or severe mental health problems. Furthermore, the teachers demonstrated a great degree of the problems of anxiety and dread. Some factors were explored to identify the causes of those problems facing the teachers, such as social, occupational and personal problems.
