TLR9与实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 被引量:2

摘要 Toll样受体9(toll-like receptor 9,TLR9)通过识别细菌和病毒DNA中未甲基化的胞嘧啶-磷酸-鸟嘌呤(CpG DNA)序列激活天然免疫应答和获得性免疫应答,从而促进宿主抵抗感染性疾病。但一定条件下,TLR9活化亦可促发某些自身免疫性疾病如实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)。该文就TLR9的结构、配体、信号转导通路及TLR9在EAE中的作用机制进行综述。
