摘要
介绍了一种基于电话网的视频报警系统的设计方案,该方案将传统的报警系统和视频监控系统有机结合起来,不但实现了报警的基本功能,而且可以通过视频系统传送现场信息,以便迅速掌握现场情况,准确判断是否有警情发生。
The design of video alarm system based on telephone network is described. Common alarm system and video monitor and control system are combined in this design. Not only basic alarm functions are realized, but also local information can be transmitted by video system in order to find out local information quickly and make judgment correctly.
