摘要 提出基于模糊聚类的BP神经网络(FuzzyClusteringBPNeuralNetwork,简称FCBPNN)故障诊断的理论和方法,即利用模糊聚类准则对样本数据进行预处理。通过仿真比较FCBPNN与简单BPNN两种方法在抽风机组的故障诊断中的应用,证明了该方法的有效性。 A Back Propagation Neural Networks based on Fuzzy Clustering （FCBPNN） for fault diagnosis is presented.FCBPNN takes the fuzzy clustering theory to pretreat the input data.Comparing the simulation of FCBPNN and BPNN on the fault diagnosis of suction fan has proven the FCBPNN＇ s validity.
