摘要
实验台温度控制系统的正常工作是煤自然发火实验成功与否的关键因素,故进行实验台温度控制系统的故障诊断至关重要。温度控制系统温度数据变化属于灰色系统,故可以利用灰色系统理论预测温度。本文提出利用灰色系统理论进行煤自然发火试验中煤体温度定量预测的新方法,根据煤自燃基本规律,建立灰色预测GM(1,1)模型并进行预测。预测结果对设备故障诊断具有指导意义,通过设定门限值判定温度控制系统工作状态,并对其进行软件实现,构建故障诊断软件系统。
The working order of experiment platform temperature control system is the pivotal factor to decide the working order of coal autonomic combustion. So it is very important to carry through fault diagnosis of temperature control system. The data variety of temperature control system is gray system, so with gray system theory the temperature data can be forecasted. In this article, a new method is put forward to forecast quantificationally the coal temperature in the coal autonomic combustion examination with gray system theory, according to basic rule of coal autonomic combustion, gray forecast model GM(1,1) is founded. The result can direct the fault diagnosis of the system, by enacting limit value the working order of the system can be estimated, and the fault diagnosis software is devised .
