Study on Blanching Fresh Flowers

利用Na2O2、H2O2对几种鲜花的漂白作用进行了试验探究。实验表明:常温下Na2O2对红花、紫花、黄花的漂白效果不明显,所需时间长,适合课外科学探究;沸水浴条件下H2O2在1分钟内就能将红花、紫花漂白,可以作为课内科学探究。

After studying the blanching fresh flowers in hydrogen peroxide and sodium dioxide, the test shows： most red, purple and yellow flowers can＇t be blanched by hydrogen peroxide and sodium dioxide at normal temperature, but they can be used to explore after school. Most red and purple flowers can be blanched by hydrogen peroxide in the boiling water, so they can be used to study in class.
