摘要
政府运行成本研究是一个热点、难点课题,学术界多从宏观层面作规范性研究,以某个组织深入地进行个案式描述研究相对较少。本文试从广州S镇为例,对行政运行成本进行实证研究,分析影响乡镇政府行政运行成本的因素,结合实际提出控制基层政权行政运行成本的对策建议,以期对控制行政运行成本有所裨益。
Administration cost is a hot research field in recent years, but most papers about this subject are taken on with microscopically aspect, this paper is carried out with a case （S town） from Guangzhou. This paper focuses on the factors which have effect on administration reasons that cause it. At last, the author brings forward some suggestions to administration.
