摘要
为了实现中小制造企业信息化应用系统的集成,提出了一种通过构件实现集成的方法.按中小制造企业应用系统处理信息所属技术领域的不同,将应用系统间需集成的信息分类成设计域、管理域和控制域等集成信息域.设计面向集成信息域的集成构件类.针对各个集成信息域中特定的集成要求确定其集成点,将集成构件实例化为连接各应用系统的集成交换网络,从而实现应用系统间的集成.介绍了基于构件的应用系统集成技术框架结构以及面向设计域、管理域和控制域的产品设计信息交换构件、产品制造信息集成构件和分布式工作流构件的设计原理和实现技术.所开发的集成构件在三家制造企业进行应用实践,结果表明,该技术能有效地解决制造企业希望低成本、高效率地集成应用系统的问题.
An approach to support enterprise applications integration(EAI) using integration components was presented for mid-small sized manufacturing enterprises.According to the technology domains of the information processed by enterprise applications,the information integrated between applications was classified into three information integrated domains: design domain,management domain and control domain.Then the integration component classes for each information integrated domain were developed.For the specific integration demand in each information integrated domain,the integration points for components were determined.And the integration switching network was formed by the instances of the integration components,which could implement the integration of enterprise applications.The component-based integration technology framework were described.The design principles and implementation techniques about design information exchange component,manufacturing information integration component and distributed workflow management component were also presented.Application of the integration components developed with this method to three manufacturing enterprises shows that the method is of low cost and high efficiency.
