摘要 为了有效地辅助设计主体从庞大的异地分布知识资源中发现所需要的概念设计知识,提出了一种以设计任务为核心的、基于无中介环节动态联盟和分布式概念设计知识资源的共享策略及相应的实现方法,其中包括:基于功能矩阵的虚拟原理解知识资源的表达结构、分布式设计知识资源的动态联盟框架及共享机制、概念设计混合知识资源的注册、发布、存储、重组、定位和求解方法,以及基于扩展标志语言(eXtensible Markup Language,XML)的原理解数据交换模式.在此基础上研制了一个利用分布式资源支持产品概念设计的计算机辅助平台原型,试用于两栖车辆减阻装置的概念设计,产生了有跟踪价值的创新设计方案. The share strategies and construction methods of distributed conceptual design knowledge resource were presented to help designers find appropriate principle solution knowledge for conceptual design from giant and distributed knowledge resource all over the world.These methods were centered on design task and based on dynamic alliance without agency.The virtual principle knowledge representation based on functional matrix was proposed,as well as the framework and share mechanism of distributed conceptual design knowledge dynamic alliance.The strategies of knowledge register,release,storage,reorganization, orientation and solving were then discussed.Principle solution data exchange mode based on eXtensible Markup Language(XML) was described.A computer aided conceptual design software platform based on distributed knowledge resource was developed.An example of conceptual design of new devices for decreasing resistance of amphibious vehicles demonstrates that the methodology is helpful to produce valuable principle solutions for product innovation.
