The Development of Rapid Diagnostic Techniques on Bacterial Diseases of Fish

简要地归纳了当前国内外学者应用现代生物技术检测细菌性鱼病的手段，主要有：荧光抗体技术、免疫酶技术、单克隆抗体技术、核酸杂交技术、聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术、以及电子计算机应用技术等。

Main means for rapid diagnosis on bacterial fish diseases, i.e. Fluorescent antibody techniques, Immunoenzyme techniques, Monoclonal antibody techniques, Nucleotide hybridization techniques, Polymerase chain reaction and the computer applied techniques were briefly reviewed in this article , which demonstrated recent development of practical diagnosis technique on fish diseases.
