摘要
用2倍稀释法测定了新药“康达富”对鳗鲡弧菌、鳗鲡福建爱德华氏菌的杀灭作用,结果表明,该药对鳗鲡弧菌、鳗鲡福建爱德华氏菌有极强的杀灭作用,其最低抑菌浓度分别为0.004mg/ml和0.0004mg/ml,最低杀菌浓度分别为0.008mg/ml和0.0008mg/ml。采用琼脂扩散纸片法,检测了“康达富”商品药的原药A和原药B对鳗鲡福建爱德华氏菌的联合杀灭作用,结果表明,两种原药的杀灭效果呈显著的累加作用。
The in vitro bactericidal action of a new commercial fish drug “ Kangdafu ” against Vibrio and Edwardsiella fujianensis of the eel, Anguilla japonica, was determined by using the two fold dilution method. The results showed that the new fish drug “ Kangdafu ” had very strong bactericidal action against Vibrio and Edwardsiella fujianensis of the eel, Anguilla japonica, and the minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) to the Vibrio and Edwardsiella fujianensis was 0.004 mg/ml and 0.0004 mg/ml respectively, the minimal bactericidal concentration ( MBC ) was 0.008 mg/ml and 0.0008 mg/ml respectively . The combined bactericidal action of drug “ A ” ingredient and drug “ B ” ingredient form which the commercial fish drug “ Kangdafu ” was prepared against the Edwardsiella fujianensis had been assayed by using the agar diffusion paper method. The result revealed that the drug “ A ” ingredient and drug “ B ” ingredient had significant accumulative bactericidal action.
