摘要
天生桥换流站阀冷却系统主水泵电机相继出现三次发热故障。通过对电机解体分析,发现电机发热是由于轴承"跑外圆"引起。为了解决轴承"跑外圆"问题,针对进口的西门子电机结构特点进行分析,采用了一种新的处理方法。该方法简单实用,操作性强,经过实际应用,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The main pump motor of valve cooling system in Tianshen Bridge converter station suffer from the successive excessive heating fault for three times, the motor' s disassembly and analysis show that the bearing running on the outer circle is the reason. Based on characteristic analysis of export SIEMENS motor, a new processing method is proposed. This method has advantages of simple and practical, easy operation, and its feasibility and validity is proven by actual application.
