天山南北坡经济带城市化协调发展探略

Harmonious Urbanization along the Economic Belt of North and South Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang

文章通过对天山南北坡经济带的划分,天山南北坡经济带城镇体系建设现状的介绍,分析指出南北坡经济带城镇体系发展不均衡,导致天山南北坡经济带产业群积聚的程度不同,产业转移能力和吸纳城乡人员就业的能力不平衡,地方与兵团城镇化发展不协调,从而导致天山南北坡经济带发展的不协调。提出重点加强天山南北区域性中心城市——库尔勒市、新兴的石油城市库车市及阿克苏市建设,择优培育库尉(库尔勒——尉犁)一体化;天山北坡经济带应进一步强力推进乌鲁木齐城市圈和"奎、独、乌"金三角都市圈,以及乌昌经济一体化进程,同时,创新管理体制,协调天山南北坡经济带城市带内兵团、石油和地方城市化进程,促进天山南北坡经济协调发展。

Through the introduction of the division and the present situation of the urbanization along the economic belt in the north and south Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang, the author suggests that to develop Kuitun, Dushanzi and Urumqi, with Urumqi as the centre, so as to enhance the overall urbanization in this area.
