农村育龄妇女生殖健康知识与其个性的关系

Relationship between personality and reproductive health-related knowledge among married women in rural of Anhui

目的:了解农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康相关知识知晓率,并探讨与其个性的关系。方法:采用横断面研究的方法,运用IPIP-NEO简约版修改形成的成人个性量表,对1398名农村已婚育龄妇女进行入户面访。结果:调查对象生殖健康相关知识的总知晓率为44.99%。知识综合得分与外向性、协作性、谨慎性和开放性维度得分呈正相关,与神经质性得分呈负相关,各分类知识得分与个性各维度得分的相关方向基本与总体保持一致。高年龄组的知识得分与个性各维度得分大多呈显著相关,而高中及以上文化组知识得分与个性的相关关系不大。结论:个性对育龄妇女生殖健康相关知识有重要影响,提示今后的防保工作包括健康教育应将个性因素考虑在内。

Objective： To investigate the relationships between personality and reproductive health - related knowledge among martied women in rural of Anhui province. Methods： 1 398 married women under 50 were recruited using concise IPIP - NEO inventory tailed to local culture via rounds of field piloting. The questionnaire was administered by trained interviews at the responders＇household. Results： The respondents to reproductive health - related knowledge questions were 44. 99% correct. Their reproductive health - related knowledge was positively related with extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience, while negatively related with neuroticism. Personality and reproductive health - related knowledge had a statistically significant relationship among women above 40 ; while such relationship was not found among women of higher education. Conclusion： Statistically significant relationship is found between personality and reproductive health - related knowledge among married women in rural of Anhui, which suggestes that future interventions should take personality into account.
