香橼药材高效液相指纹图谱研究

The HPLC Fingerprint Analysis of Fructus Citri

目的:采用高效液相色谱法,研究并建立香橼2个品种药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC方法,用Kro-masil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇和冰醋酸-水(3.1∶100,v/v)梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长284 nm。结果:运用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱分析,可对香橼2个品种药材的质量作出评价。

Objective： To study and establish the fingerprint of raw Fruetus Citri by phased high performance liquid chromatography. Method： The chromatographic conditions were as follows： a Kromasil Cjs column was used; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and acetic-water（ 3. 1： 100,v/v）with gradient elution; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV absorbance detection was set at 284 nm. Result： Under the selected chromatographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Citri were obtained. Conclusion： Quality of raw Fructus Citri can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.
