摘要
目的:对短柱肖菝葜的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从95%乙醇提取物中脂溶性部位分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),单棕榈酸甘油酯(Ⅱ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ),二十六烷酸(Ⅳ),5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅴ),佛手内酯(Ⅵ),熊果酸(Ⅶ),甘草素(Ⅷ)。结论:这些化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。其中,化合物Ⅳ~Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax yunnanensis. Methods:The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified with chromatograph and the structures were elucidated by physieo-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as β-sitosterol( I ), glycerol monopalmitate ( II ) ,daucosterol (Ⅲ ), hexacosanoic acid ( IV ) ,5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde ( V ) , bergapen ( Vt ) , ursolic acid (Ⅶ) , liquiritigenin ( Ⅷ ). Conclusion:They have been isolated from this plant for the first time, and IV -Ⅷ are obtained from the plants of Heterosmilax for the first time.
