According to the requirements of the structure of the database for examining graduation qualifications,the structural characteristics of related databases are analyzed.An information treatment method to be shared by different types of databases for graduation qualification by using Excel is put forward and.the operation steps are described.Practice shows the operation method is easy and convenient and can be expanded to the management of other similar databases.
