摘要
简要介绍了基于微控器ARM和单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20的嵌入式数控机床温度检测系统,该温度检测系统能实时、快速、精确检测数控机床不同部位的温度。重点介绍了嵌入式智能温度检测实验方案,以及利用分组优化理论处理实验数据,确定温度变量,从而优化模型结构。
This paper has briefly introduced the embedded intelligent temperature measuring system based on the micro-controller ARM and the single-bus-digital sensor DS18B20. This measuring system can real-time, rapidly, precisely measure the temperature of different location on the NC lathe. Not only the experiment principle of the embedded intelligent temperature measuring system is emphesized, but also the experiment data by using the grouping optimization theory is processed. Immediately after, the temperature variables from the experiment data can be determined. Finally, it can greatly optimize the model structure.
