社会个体由于个人条件各不相同,需求的层次也不相同,但"受尊重"却是共同的需求。要调动人的积极性,应遵循包容、激励、责任、欣赏等"尊重"规则。
Since each individuality's condlition is not same, their demands are not same. But "accepting nespect" is the common demant. In order to transfer person's activities, the rules inciude pardon, inspiring, responsibility and appreceation.
